Hi, I'm Brandon Polerecki, founder and insurance broker of Risk Ready Insurance.

I've called the DFW area home for over 15 years. My wife is a Texas native, and this community is where we're raising our family. When I help a fellow Texas family protect their home, their vehicles, or their future, I'm helping my neighbors, and that matters.

I got my start in insurance back in 2012 focused on life insurance, and something clicked immediately. Helping families put real protection in place and making sure the people they love are taken care of no matter what, that's meaningful work. It pulled me deeper into the industry and I never looked back.

Over time I realized that the clients I could help most were the ones who had options. As a consumer myself, I always appreciated having choices paired with a trusted professional who does the heavy lifting. That philosophy became the foundation of Risk Ready Insurance.

Building Risk Ready has been one of the most rewarding challenges of my life. Running your own business keeps you sharp, there is always something to solve, something to improve, something to build. But what I value most is the flexibility it gives me to show up for my family.

I'm a husband to my amazing wife and a father of two amazing boys with one more on the way. That role shapes everything about how I approach my work, with patience, purpose, and a genuine commitment to making things easier for the people I serve.

When I'm not working you'll probably find me cooking something for my family, watching sports, getting outside with my kids, listening to various genres of music, or searching for a new TV show to watch with my wife, to name a few.
